Since 2004, Corey Schwartz has built a strong reputation as one of Coconut Grove’s leading real estate professionals, known for his marketing expertise, technological skills, and exceptional negotiation abilities. Corey’s success comes from valuing relationships over transactions and leveraging his versatile background in marketing, business, and sales. After graduating at the top of his class from the University of Miami’s entrepreneurship program, he worked with the Miami Heat and the University of Miami before transitioning into real estate. He went on to found two innovative brands: College Town Living, the most recognizable off-campus housing provider in Coral Gables, and Gravity Real Estate, an award-winning group specializing in luxury properties across South Florida. He has earned certifications in luxury home marketing, probate sales, and distressed properties, and he frequently works with clients in sports and entertainment.

A proud Grove resident since 2012 and active community leader, Corey serves as President of his Coconut Grove Homeowners Association, Vice President of the Coconut Grove Elementary PTA, Corporate Sponsor of local Grove sports teams, and mentor at the University of Miami Business School.
